Hello Pet Can Series
Branding, Packaging, Photography
A year after Hello Pet's freeze-dried treats went into production and found their way onto shelves both online and in stores, the brand introduced its second line: wet food cans built around a dual-effect probiotic formula. The packaging carried the same colour language forward, paired with a subtle, half-visible silver foil, and brought in cat photography to capture the everyday feel of cats at the dinner table.
Around the same time, Hello Pet moved into department stores, including Eslite in Taiwan, and pet food fairs across Taipei, Tokyo and Hong Kong, with the photography extended into a series of outdoor advertising visuals.

Each of the four cans takes its colour cue from the ingredient inside. Chicken with Salmon lean into red and pink, Chicken alone sits in orange and yellow, Tuna moves into blue and deep blue, and Tuna with Cod settles into sea green and deep green.
The can series photography was built around table-side moments: eating, playing, and simply lounging around, small everyday cat gestures rather than staged poses.
For the outdoor key-visual at department stores, the approach stayed deliberately minimalism. Despite the dual-probiotics feature, the ads avoided the loud, supplement-style claims common in the category, letting a clean layout and the mood between cat and can carry the message instead.
